leslie hernandez

Hello, I’m Leslie, owner & wedding planner for Un Jour D’Amour Weddings & Events. I stepped into the wedding industry in 2018 as a wedding DJ & MC and immediately felt at home. My passion sparked during my very first event. I held back tears in the corner while the bride and groom exchanged vows, and realized that weddings were my happy place.

My job progressed to consulting with couples months before their events, helping with the planning and details, then to day-of coordinating for multiple weddings, truly enjoying every second of it. My skills developed effortlessly and I decided to run with this gift and passion I had been given.

Today, I have been involved in the planning, performance, and/or execution of over 250 weddings in my career and now also host fantasy-themed galas and events across the US.

When I’m not busy planning weddings, I’m busy being a dog mom to two beautiful pups together with my fiancé! I love playing volleyball and working out in my free time to stay active, and I also enjoy expressing my nerdy side playing Dungeons & Dragons with my friends, watching anime, and planning my next cosplay outfit.

We’re fantasy lovers at heart. Dungeons & Dragons, fantasy books, music, and movies — we love it all!

In 2022, we launched our own collection of events to bring our fantasy dreams to life. Check out our upcoming events at the new Fantastique Collection website! Multiple uniquely themed fantasy balls and other events will take place across the United States throughout 2023, 2024, and 2025.
